Susan Williams, CST President and Founder
Susan Williams is a Certified Surgical Technologist with decades of experience in clinical practice, healthcare operations, and medical sales. After beginning her career in Detroit in 1984 and later holding leadership roles in New York City hospitals and surgery centers, she transitioned into medical sales in 1992. In 1998, Susan founded Direct Access, combining her clinical expertise and operational knowledge to build a company supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
About Us
Direct Access is an SL Williams & Associates Company. We are a full-line medical & surgical supply distributor. We are a Vizient dealer and currently a limited Premier dealer. In addition, we utilize local contracts to obtain best pricing for the end user. Direct access prioritizes hospital sales, yet we continue to serve the medical community through ambulatory surgery centers, nursing homes, dental and veterinary facilities, and schools.
